What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (please notify the reception telephonically: 0039 342 1335783 if you will be arriving later). Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Parking
Is parking available?
Parking is included in the room rate. Parking is not permitted before check-in or after check-out.
Booking Conditions
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, bank transfer, debit cards, and credit cards (except American Express and Diners) are accepted.
What are the booking and cancellation conditions?
A deposit via bank transfer is required to book. Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After this date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total stay. In the event of a no-show, cancellation on the day of arrival, or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be retained.
The tourist tax is not included and is paid IN CASH at check-in: €2 per person/night.

Pets
Are pets allowed?
Small pets (maximum 40 cm) are allowed upon request and confirmation from the hotel. This service is subject to availability and carries an additional daily charge of €6.00. Please note that two dogs and a cat already live on the property. Pets are also requested not to be left alone in the room and are not permitted in the breakfast room or the pool garden. There is a dog park 300 meters from the hotel.

Is the pool open all day?
The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is not possible to use the swimming pool before check-in or after check-out.

What is the hotel's location?
The hotel is located about 600 meters from the historic center and the beaches of Lake Garda, in a quiet area accessible on foot or by public transport.

The breakfast buffet includes fresh bread, croissants, cakes, cereals, cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, juices, fresh fruit, gluten-free and lactose-free products upon request, and more, available from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

The hotel has an elevator. To reach each floor, you must go up or down two flights of stairs, each with 9 steps.
